Review: Kate Meader: Flirting with Fire
I was reading this book and the first thing I got to think was, damn it's Summertime and it's so hot outside and I'm scared I could burts in flames if I ever got out of my house. Is this book what I really need right now? A novel about sexy firefighters and hotness and flames?
Hell, yeah, it is!
And I�ll tell you why.
This is the first novel in Hot in Chicago book series bi Kate Meader, Flirting with Fire.
He's a man on fire, and she's an ice queen.
She's good in public relations and he�d want to be good in a certain kind of relation(ship) with her.
Kinsley Taylor is a force of nature, and she decided to use him to show her mad business skills and, well...save his ass.
Luke Almeida, to say it politely, a man. And she's a professional in what she does. No arrogant, sexy, brave, irresistible...oh, well, no stubborn firefighter is gonna tell her how do do her job. If she wants to put his half naked ass on a sexy calendar, that's exactly what she's going to do. Even it it means she�d have to take every bit of his clothing off of him herself.

No.1 in series, Flirting with Fire is a story of two funny and sexy characters, Kinsley and Luke. Personally, I�m not a fan of men in uniforms (I just don�t know what all the fuss is about), but I do like to read about them. It�s probably because reading lets me fill in all the extra space in those uniforms exactly the way I want to...
But back to the story.
Besides showing us the relationship between Kinsley and Luke, this novel gives us an introduction into the family dynamics of Dempseys and makes a base for both of the sequels in this series, and makes me loooove some of other characters, oh yeees! Can't wait to read the book no.2!
Kinsley and Luke are two characters with a special, hot kind of relationship that will make you grin and enjoy their witty dialogues. She's one of those girls we all want to be when we grow up, brave and determined, going after what she wants no matter what. I fell in love with both of them immediately.
This novel is actually the first one about firefighters I�ve ever read (I know, right!), but it will not be my last. The second and the third book (Playing with Fire andSparking the Fire) are already published and are positioned highly on my TBR list.
My ladies, this is your next favourite read. Enjoy it.
